Welcome to the Beyond Breaking Free website and programme. By using this site, enrolling in our services, or participating in our live or digital experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
1. Who We Are

2. Programme Participation Disclaimer
By joining any of our programmes, you acknowledge:
- You are voluntarily engaging in activities that may include emotional reflection, group sharing, somatic practices, and breathwork.
- You are fully responsible for your own wellbeing before, during, and after participation.
- Our programmes are not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health treatment.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right time for this work, we encourage you to speak with your healthcare provider or therapist before enrolling.
3. Physical Contact & Boundaries (In-Person Sessions)
Some practices may involve optional physical touch (e.g. hugs, grounding hand on shoulder).
Consent is always prioritised. You are encouraged to express your boundaries and are never required to participate in touch-based practices.
4. Emotional Engagement
This work can evoke powerful emotions. You agree to:
- Engage at your own pace
- Pause or step back when needed
- Communicate with facilitators if support is needed
You are responsible for your own emotional safety, and we are here to support you with care.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, frameworks, audio, and handouts are the property of Beyond Breaking Free Ltd.
You agree not to:
- Reproduce or redistribute materials
- Teach or adapt our tools in your own work without written consent
- Share content with anyone not enrolled in the programme
Personal reflection is encouraged. Commercial use is not permitted.
6. Payments & Refunds
- Full payment or a pre-agreed payment plan is required before access is granted
- Missed sessions are non-refundable
- Failed payment plans may result in paused access
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case
7. Confidentiality & Group Conduct
We honour confidentiality and ask you to do the same.
- Do not record, screenshot, or share anything from sessions or group forums
- Respect the privacy of fellow participants
- Speak with kindness, integrity, and compassion
- We reserve the right to remove participants for unsafe or disruptive behaviour (no refund will be issued in such cases)
8. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By participating, you accept full responsibility for your wellbeing and release Beyond Breaking Free Ltd and its facilitators from liability for:
- Emotional or physical distress
- Personal outcomes or decisions made during or after the programme
Our work is trauma-informed, but not clinical. Please seek therapeutic or medical support when needed. If we believe you require additional support outside of this program, the program facilitators will provide you with any recommendations they may have.
9. Media & Testimonials (Optional)
You may be invited to share testimonials, photos, or reflections for use in future promotion.
We will always seek written consent before sharing anything publicly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled through the courts of England and Wales.
